Description
The Minimotor Museum was founded in 1993 on the premises of the youth and children's society ‘‘Auseklis’‘. It features the development of teenagers' motorsport in Latvia from its start in 1960 until the present day. The exhibition provides an extensive account of the beginnings and further activities of the motor club ‘‘Auseklis’‘. The museum is a venue for annual meetings at the close of the motorsport season, gatherings of sportsmen's families and Student Days in cooperation with schools and the Road Safety Department. The museum collection contains 6 000 items
