The Dobele Local History Museum was established in 1985. The museum collects, preserves and exhibits evidence of the history of the town and Dobele region. The museum offers a permanent exhibition about the history of Dobele called ‘‘Doblen, Dobele’‘, as well as temporary historical and art exhibitions. The museum collection holds around 16 000 items. The museum has a conference hall that can be used for lecturesl. |
