Description
The property is located near Adazi district only 25 km away from Riga and reachable by car over the Via Baltica road only 25 minutes drive away from Riga. The land plot has a 200 meter long coast line with the lake "Dunezers" and interesting topography with many pine-trees and fir-trees.
«GUNGAS» is an ethnich complex consisting of six buildings - bathhouse, guest house, several family houses with overnight places for 60 persons and terrace for events gathering up to 150 people. All buildings are ethnic works from 18th century and have been brought to the rest house complex «GUNGAS» from different places of Latvia and renovated. Coast line with the lake has been cleaned and there is a footbridge in the lake with a boathouse.
Large guest house can accommodate up to 80 persons. Other small houses have 15 comfortable double and triple rooms for 40 persons. Are available extrabeds.
